Construction of 52m x 23m x 7m Industrial Shed for Wagga Joinery
In March 2015, Asset commenced the construction of a 52x23x7m Joinery Industrial Shed for a Wagga Wagga-based joinery company.
We were able to work with the customer on flexible building requirements, to build their new warehouse the way they wanted it, and extend the room of their current warehouse so they could expand their operations. This new structure joined into their existing structure to allow for easy access between buildings.
Asset built the Shed/Warehouse section from hot-dip galvanized UB Columns, with gal web trusses, supplying the engineering, fabrication and installation of the entire back area. This included excavation, concrete supply, crane and access equipment supply.
The Shed frame was built on the ground and the roof sheeted, then erected by a triple crane lift. Adaptive interiors then built the front offices and facade.
